Ad-hoc advice can be provided at several stages:
- before approaching providers
- during the sales process
- during the decision process
- once a decision is made
I am available to help you at all stages.
Initially, you need to establish if you need to move providers - what is your current situation? How does that work for you? How does it not? What do we need from a new provider? I can help you to work out what your needs are and how we need to approach potential providers.
Then - if we are talking to multiple providers, which is the best fit? This will include practice, vibe, and of course - cost. Talking through your needs with the prospective providers will be very important. I can sit in on demos to ask the key questions to make sure your needs are met.
When making your decision there will be many aspects to consider - primarily these will be useability, experience, and cost. I can help you to balance all of these to ensure that your decision is the best one.
Once the decision is made, there will be training and implementation needs, and how to maintain things going forward. I can support you in determining what is necessary, and whether that would be best provided by the provider or externally.
